Oladipo Temilola Abiola founded IHC Foundation from a conviction that indigenous knowledge systems and cultural traditions are not relics to be preserved behind glass - they are essential, living resources for Nigeria's future. She established the organisation to document and activate Nigeria's cultural heritage as a foundation for prosperity.

She is the architect of the Nigerian Prosperity Index, a framework for measuring human flourishing in Nigeria through community-grounded values rather than externally imposed metrics. Her work spans cultural documentation, prosperity research, and indigenous knowledge preservation across all six geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
